If you follow me on instagram, you know that one luxury designer that absolutely makes my heart race is Monse. Yes they are pricy but their design is so feminine and bold. It definitely makes a major statement where ever you go. Their two founders and designers, Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia, stated that they are inspired by women who “dare to express themselves and also appreciated the unexpected.” When this Monse oversized Grid-Print Cold-Shoulder blouse went 65% off on sale, I snagged it without any hesitation. The grommet –studded cuffs, the spread collar with ties, the cascading side ruffled are full of designer details. Yes it’s still pricy even at 65% off, but I know I am going to wear it a LOT for a ton of different occasions. Thinking of the cost per wear, I feel even more compelled to get it. I paired it with my Derek Lam Gray wool sweater with a ruffle hem to cooperate it with all the gorgeous ruffle details in the blouse. It also looks so chic with a pair of black flair jeans. When I have a Monse piece on, like to keep my accessory simple. Throw on my metallic clutch and boots, and I am ready to conquer the world.
